Founder & CEO

Leadership Excellence

M Shivaraj Mattigatti serves as the dynamic CEO & Managing Director of Phedel Enterprises Inc, Startronix Modular Systems Pvt Ltd, and Paintel Manufacturing Inc. With a robust background spanning 17 years in the telecommunications and IT data centre industries, he has primarily focused on sales and product design. He founded Central Network Systems Inc in 2012, branching into manufacturing in Bengaluru by 2014. In 2017, he acquired and merged with Startronix, ascending to the role of CEO/MD. Through his leadership, Startronix has evolved into an expansive 2,00,000 sqft state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, boasting a workforce of over 600 professionals engaged in a wide array of sectors including technology products.
